The Basic Heated filter housing is a heated solution specifically designed for venting atmospheric or pressurized tanks in pharmaceutical and industrial environments. Its mechanical design complies with ASME VIII div.1 and ASME BPE standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and the highest manufacturing quality.

Like the Basic model, the Basic Heated housing is designed without any loose parts inside that could contaminate the product, thus ensuring the integrity of the filtration. The housing is easily connected to the filter base using a 4” clamp, making assembly easier during maintenance operations and ensuring a clean, airtight seal.

The heating system incorporated into the housing consists of a clamp-type electric resistor mounted on the outside of the main housing, which prevents any contact with the product and eliminates the risk of contamination. In addition, the housing is designed to facilitate the replacement of the electric resistor without having to open the main housing, thus reducing the risk of contamination during maintenance operations.

The Basic Heated housing is equipped with a PT-100 type temperature probe, which can be connected to a PLC for precise regulation of the housing temperature. It also features an overheating safety system, which ensures that the housing temperature does not exceed 105°C in the event of a PLC control failure, preserving the integrity of the filter element.

This type of housing is particularly suitable for venting purified water (PW) tanks maintained at around 60°C, with periodic sanitizations at 80°C. It is also suitable for the food industry, where they are used for venting wine or beer fermentation tanks, with frequent CIP cleaning at 80°C.

The Basic Heated housing is available for 5” filters, offering a versatile and efficient solution to filtration needs in a variety of industrial and pharmaceutical applications.


FilterProHeated


The Pro Heated model is one of the most requested by our customers and is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in storage tanks for purified water (PW) and for injectables (WFI). This pressure equipment has a design according to ASME VIII div.1 and meets the quality standards of ASME BPE, ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency in its operation.

Like other models in our line, the Pro Heated is designed with no loose parts inside that could contaminate the product, thus ensuring the purity of the purified water and injectables. The connection of the housing to the filter base is made by means of a 4” clamp, which facilitates assembly during maintenance operations and ensures a clean, airtight seal.

Since the Pro Heated is designed for installation in equipment requiring periodic sterilization at 121°C, the filter housing is equipped with an ASME BPE clamp connection for condensate discharge. In addition, condensate discharge is available via a Burkert membrane valve, also with an ASME BPE connection.

FilterDoubleProHeated


The Double Pro Heated is one of the most popular models among our customers, along with the Pro Heated 180°. It is widely used in purified water (PW) and WFI storage tanks due to its high quality design and compliance with ASME VIII div.1 and ASME BPE standards.

Like other models in our line, the Pro Heated is designed with no loose parts inside to avoid any risk of product contamination. The housing is securely connected to the filter holder base using a 4” clamp, ensuring a clean, airtight seal between the two parts.

This model is specially designed for equipment requiring periodic sterilization at 121°C. For this reason, the filter housing is equipped with an ASME BPE clamp connection for condensate discharge, ensuring optimal operation even in extreme conditions. We also offer the option of condensate discharge using a Burkert brand membrane valve, with ASME BPE connection.

Our filter housing has been specifically designed for in-line fluid filtration, following the guidelines of the ASME BPE standard. This design ensures that there are no loose parts inside the housing, eliminating any risk of product contamination.

The housing is securely connected to the filter holder base using a 4” clamp, making assembly easier during maintenance operations. This connection ensures a tight seal between the filter holder base and the housing, keeping the environment watertight and clean.

This type of housing is ideal for in-line fluid filtration, either when feeding products into reactors or fermenters, or before dosing the product into its final packaging. Its versatility and efficiency make it a widely used option in the pharmaceutical and food sectors.
