Bottom valves
Our MDB Pharma Solutions® aseptic tank bottom valves are designed to offer reliability and performance in demanding pharmaceutical environments. Featuring an innovative design, these valves accommodate a shutter that eliminates dead zones, thus ensuring full product drainability and facilitating maintenance during maintenance periods.
Robust and reliable design
Our aseptic valves feature a robust design that guarantees optimal performance in pharmaceutical applications. The shutter, made of Teflon (PTFE), is designed to withstand CIP-SIP cycles and exposure to chemical agents, ensuring product integrity and equipment durability.
Easy maintenance
The modular design of our valves allows for quick and easy valve replacement during maintenance periods, thus minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous, efficient operation.
High quality materials
Both the valve plug and body are machined in-house using high-quality materials. The standard version of the body is made of ASTM A316L stainless steel, although we also offer options in ASTM SS32205 duplex stainless steel and nickel-based steels such as Hastelloy and Inconel, depending on the customer's needs.
Custom settings
We offer various configurations depending on the product inlets and outlets. Our standard versions feature short butt-weld ends, but we can also supply valves with orbital welding or Tri-Clamp connections on request. In addition, if the customer prefers, we can provide bodies with clamp connections, provided the dimensions and angle of the outlet connections are specified.
