Bayonet Type Connection: The connection of the CODE 7 filter to the base of the housing is made by a quarter turn, ensuring a quick and safe installation.
Design Pressure and Temperature: The filter housing is designed to withstand a pressure of -1/ 3 barg and a temperature of up to 150°C, meeting the most demanding industry standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Manufactured according to ASME VIII Div.1 design code, our housings guarantee maximum quality and safety in every application.
High Quality Materials: Vent housings are manufactured from ASTM A182 F-316 and ASTM A240 316L stainless steel for product contact parts, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance and optimum durability.
Customization Options: We offer the possibility of manufacturing the housings in other materials to meet any specific customer requirements.
Finishes:
The internal roughness of the parts in contact with the product complies with ASME BPE SF1 RA≤0.5µm standards, while the external finish of the box is pharmaceutical satin, with an average roughness Ra≤0.8µm.
In addition, our filter housings feature EPDM CLAMP connection gaskets, although we also offer other material options such as PTFE.
